Kat Stanley is incredibly passionate about functional fitness and healthy living. She is one of those people that just exudes energy, and her drive and infectious personality has seen her carve out a very successful career in the fitness industry in the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
Kat has been in the fitness industry for over ten years; personal training, running marathons, taking group training and specialising in womens fitness.
Her knowledge and experience is backed up with significant qualification. Kat holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Anatomy and Structural Biology and a certificate in Personal Training and Exercise Prescription. More recently she has completed a Certificate in Pre and Post Natal exercise which has seen her develop programmes exclusively for mamas-to-be, and new mamas. She is also trained in Pilates matwork. Herself a mother of two young girls, Kat understands the demands of exercise and motherhood and has tailored programmes to suit mums on the go; a simple yet effective home-based programme.
Kat is a regular contributor to Nadia magazine, a bi-monthly healthy lifestyle magazine.
When not sporting gym shoes, Kat can be found exercising her vocal chords, she is also the lead singer in a band and holds a Diploma of Arts, majoring in Music.
