Exercise is an important part of bouncing back from pregnancy well, but if you go too hard, too early, you risk permanently injuring your internals and setting your recovery back months. Our goMama exercise program was designed by a certified women’s health trainer and physical therapist to be safe – and is broken down into 3 phases that start off easy, and get more challenging as your body heals and gets stronger.

Each week, you’ll be given specific, 15-minute weekly workouts, complete with personal trainer demonstrations and instructions that require no special equipment. Feel free to complete the workout all at once during your baby’s nap, or throughout the day as you get small breaks.

With the goMamalite pelvic floor body section, you’ll learn about the inner workings of your body, abdomen, and pelvic floor, along with how to protect and heal your most vital parts.

These videos are in an easy-to-search library, and each is only a few minutes long, so you can turn one on whenever you have a spare moment – while your baby is sleeping, you’re folding the washing or going to the bathroom.

The goMama exercise components are split into three phases – New Mama (beginner), Mobile Mama (moderate) and SuperFit Mama (advanced). Each phase lasts for 2-3 months, but only as your body is ready to move on.

Within each level we cover off cardio work, muscle development and pelvic floor strengthening.

These are safe, easy-to-follow exercise routines. As you master each exercise you can move onto the next. All exercises can safely be done at home with minimal equipment.
